An included take-back system closes the loop.
Bottle fermentation
FIZZTIRAGE LITE replaces the traditional bidule and crown-cap set with a single monomaterial component. After disgorgement, the closure is recovered and turned back into raw material.

An included take-back system closes the loop.
One capping machine for a simpler process.
Less head wear, with no go/no-go checks.
One machine and one energy-use point for capping.
Designed to integrate without major changes.
Maintains performance in high-humidity environments.
Less mechanical demand and stress on the bottle.
Maximum observed under test conditions; results depend on line configuration.

From the bottle to raw-material recovery. What you need to know to take the next step.
It combines the crown cap and bidule in one monomaterial component for sparkling wine tirage and bottle fermentation. Easy to apply and designed to be recovered after disgorgement and turned back into raw material.
A standard traditional-method or champenoise bottle with a 29 mm crown finish conforming to UNE 126406, Annex A, and NF H 35-077. FIZZTIRAGE LITE is designed to work with this widely used winery format.
One component, one machine and one operation. FIZZTIRAGE LITE integrates the closure into a single cap applied directly by pressure, simplifying capping on the tirage line.
With a standard press-on capping machine. Its introduction is an opportunity to renew your equipment and simplify capping while retaining the usual operation of the rest of your line.
We work with AROL and recommend their equipment. Through FIZZYPRO (opens in a new tab), we support the selection and installation of a compatible standard press-on capping machine, with the option of paying for it through the supply of closures, subject to agreed terms.
FIZZTIRAGE LITE offers the advantages of a one-piece closure and a raw-material recovery loop at a cost comparable to the conventional crown cap and bidule combination.
It means giving raw material new cycles. After disgorgement, the closures are collected at the winery and enter the FIZZYCAPS recovery loop. Through recycling, they become raw material again for manufacturing new products.
No. The closure is designed to conform to the neck of each bottle during capping and is used once. Its raw material returns to the cycle: we recover the closures after disgorgement and recycle them into raw material for manufacturing new products.
Simpler capping, corrosion resistance and lower closing force. It can also reduce tirage-line noise by up to 30 dB, depending on test conditions and line configuration.
A reduction in climate impact compared with the traditional crown cap and bidule system, established through a comparative life cycle assessment. The study’s scope, conditions and methodology are available on request.
We have a capping machine available for demonstrations. Together with FIZZYPRO (opens in a new tab), we arrange a trial with your bottles to demonstrate FIZZTIRAGE LITE and prepare its integration into your winery.
